Events Coming Up - Speech Contest, SOY, Matsuri

Have got no time to blog... So shall post up events that are coming up~

Ngee Ann In-house Japanese Speech Contest
Date: 18 Jan(Friday)
Time: 4:30-7pm
Venue: LT77&78 (this time, we have 2 place, you can choose LT77&78)
Program: Speech contest and interaction

On Speech contest, 40 NP Advanced B students will speech in Japanese.
Also, Japanese High school students will visit us as guest judge.
We will have interaction over coffee and snack.
It's good opportunity to talk with Japanese high school students in
Japanese!

Me: I THINK I will be at LT 78... Well my speech is not quite well memorized yet... I had a rehearse last thursday with just a SMALL PARAGRAPH...

And I realised that I got...

STAGE FRIGHT WITH STIFF FACE AND EXPRESSION... Trembling like mad... Although there is only like 10+ people in the class and I memorized that part rather well already...

Must be becoz I din interact with humans anymore so I end up being so scared of them... I cant believe it...

I cant believe I am making a fool of myself in front of my DARLING JAPANESE...

Me: Remember this? OMG I CANT BELIEVE IT IS COMING SOON! Unfortunately... I am not dressing up in Lolita there coz I have not got my parasol, bag, certain accessories prepared yet... *CRIES* Nevermind... Go there take pictures...

The Matsuri 2008
Venue: Vivo City - Rooftop Amphitheatre & Sky Park
Date & Time:
15 March 08-Sat (JRock/ Goth/ Visual kei/lolita)
4-10 pm - Jrock Matsuri
&
16 March 08-Sun (Cosplay)
11am-9 pm - Cosplay Matsuri

Highlights:
JRock Matsuri: Jrock bands, punk/ lolita/ gothic retail...etc

Cosplay Matsuri:cosplay, booths, mass dance...etc

Me: This event... They drag drag and DRAGGED for like months... From last year to this year... From february to march... It seems like it is rather set now... It better be... I hopefully will be prepared by then... But I am rather afraid of the temperature... Haix... Dunnoe lah see first...
