My Trip to Penang Day 2 - Travelling Around (Part 3)

Continuing from the previous post. After the hike, we went back to the hotel to bathe and stuff~

Complain: I really am not sure why are they always in a hurry and hates it whenever they have to rush me... Though I think normal people will be as amazed as them how long I take to prepare... 2 hours at least even though I dun do anything... Well I did it within an hour they are still not happy... Since I am born I am already this slow I cant help it...

*Cough* So after that, the family and some relatives went to visit our grandfather~

Our Grandfather~!

He is SO HANDSOME RIGHT? Hehe~ I heard he is tall too~ I never see him in real life before since he only managed to carry my elder sister when she is still a baby... SAD!

Only things I heard about him is that he is rich before the war, is the KING OF RICE, got 4 wives, during the war refuse to change banana notes and drove a full truck loaded with money and burned it... He should have kept it... It would be worth alot now... *COUGH*

Oh well...

Going On~

A HUGE LYCHEE~ JUICY & SWEET TOO~

After which, we went on a what my father normally known as "Round Island" Trip~ Which is travelling around the island in the car~

We passed by a Malay wedding~ I manage to see the backview of the bride though~ =) Lucky me~

And then my father went to buy snacks for us to eat~

Soy Bean Milk~ I LIKE!


Sugar Cane Drink~ Not mine...


This thing really taste nice~ Though I dunnoe what it is called...


Consist of Yam, Sweet Potato and sticky cake in between. And fried!


Fat me to death... (T.T)

Then we passed by this reservoir place~ I heard there are crystals underneath! My relatives digged them before~ COOL!

We went go to this rather famous Laksa place~

Rambutans which are not ripe~

Cant figure out what that is... I kinda forgotten... But newspaper wrapped to prevent birds from eating and me from plucking =P

Cant remember the english name for it... But quite pretty~

This melon/gourd like plant which a interesting shape~


Longans~ Cant really see the fruits from this picture though...

Then we had dinner with our relatives~

This hotel is where my parents work in the past and met~! Hehe~ Dunnoe what it does now though...


Then at the restaurant we are having our dinner at, this couple is getting married~


The bride is pretty~ =D Guy so so... Well there isnt really many handsome guys these days anyway...


Which reminds me that is the third wedding I saw that day alone~ Is it such a auspicious day?

But a little sad coz the wedding is just half of the restaurant... And I dun quite like it like that... Oh well...

After that, went to this pet shop that has a WHOLE BUILDING DELICATED TO PETS STUFF!

And we end up buying these stuff...


He good... I din buy anything he got a WHOLE LOT OF STUFF... My mother BIAS!

Why am I snatching attention with a dog? (-.-) Apparently he is not just a dog... He is my mother's son and well loved by my father...

Well and a night view of the builing outside the window~ I slept after that without even bothering to entertain the guest... How bad... =P

Thatx the end of day 2! 2 more parts and I am done!
